Even when I was a little kid in Odessa, Ukraine, this was an everyday summer seasonal salad that had no special name. It is easy to make and has a great refreshing taste no matter how many times you have made it before.<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<p>3 tomatoes<br \/>\n3 small cucumbers<br \/>\n1\/2 sweet onion<br \/>\n1\/3 cup of feta cheese<br \/>\n1 tbsp sunflower oil (can be substituted with olive oil)<br \/>\n1 tbsp of white wine vinegar<br \/>\nsome parsley for garnish<br \/>\nsalt to taste<\/p>\n<p>Slice tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion. Combine everything. Add oil, vinegar, and salt. Carefully mix the salad. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with crumbled feta and parsley.
