My family especially liked Riz Gras and Bissap tea. I modified the Riz Gras recipe\u00a0somewhat,\u00a0excluding cabbage and using canned peeled tomatoes in place of tomato paste.<\/p>\n<h2>Bissap Tea<\/h2>\n<p>I have to confess that I cheated. To make the Bissap tea, I substituted hibiscus flowers with bagged tea that had hibiscus in the list of ingredients. My sons decided to infuse the tea with strawberries, raspberries and pieces of pineapple.
