| Chocolate Fondue |
This is my own recipe. In a small saucepan or ceramic bowl, break one bar of fine dark chocolate into small pieces. Add about 1/4 cup of heavy cream to the chocolate. Place the bowl in a microwave for about 30-40 seconds. Stir the content until combined. I usually place the bowl over a lit candle to keep the fondue warm. Serve it with fresh fruit. |

| It was a nice dinner. However, the boys were not too enthusiastic about the menu. Exceptions were the fondues — the older one liked cheese fondue and the little one, chocolate. As usual, my husband liked everything. I love my husband! |
