Ingredients
1 lb cooked chicken breasts, chopped
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup peeled & chopped apple
1/4 cup of celery, finely chopped
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup red seedless grapes
1/4 cup roasted almonds
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp of fresh ground black pepper
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients, mix and place in a fridge for about half an hour to allow the flavors to develop. That’s it. Enjoy!
